I think I might make this a regular thing.
Today I picked the GMT800 SUVs, Chargers, Astro/Safari, and the blob Taurus to look for on my way to and from tech school.
GMT800 SUVs: 132
I didn't expect to see even HALF that amount. I understand how they sold like 8,000,000 trucks and SUVs this generation now.
I probably would've broke 500 if I'd have included GMT400, GMT900, and K2XX.
Dodge Chargers (Both generations of four-door): 47
I counted more Chargers than I did Taurus, that makes me feel really good.
Blob Taurus: 24
This made me want to review my girlfriend's '02 Taurus SE, anyone interested?
Astro/Safari: 17
Most of them looked like they'd been to hell and back. Sad.
I also saw a truckload of new Stingrays wrapped in safety plastic still
A new SL
A CLS63
A Raptor in blue
And a truckload of new Silverados
We also went past a Chevy dealer because the bus driver made a wrong turn, not embarrassed to say my mouth was watering.

The blob Taurus is rapidly exiting the motoring landscape. This is due to a combination of rust, high mileage, weak transmissions, and young drivers.

Which is a shame, because it actually wasn't/isn't a terrible car.

The transmission was abysmal.

This is actually an interesting concept. Mind if I participate on my ride to lunch today and make a post about it?

I don't mind at all!

Alright, keep an eye out for it in a few hours. (Late lunch ftw)

I never found it to be that terrible.
But then again I DD a van with a 90s GM 4-speed with shifting problems. Anything's better than that.

Sorry to hear about your Trans Sport.
You need to step up your game, though. I used to DD with only 3 speeds.

It's a GMC Safari, but yeah, I need something else.
